The Star is a sick paper and its editorial staff needs someone to shake a little common sense into their concrete heads. Eight articles on Ford on the front page and the most important story of the day was delegated to the back pages. Metrolinx asking for hikes in the HST, building development fees, commercial parking fees and gas taxes yet the Star condones it by being relatively quiet about it. There are many ways Metrolinx could achieve their goals without these new taxes. The public has more common sense and brains then the Star editorial staff, the politicians and the bureaucrats and they have the answers. They might not be as verbose but they have much better money management skills.
