Purchase -(Law) the acquisition of land or other property by means other than inheritance; acquisition of an estate by any lawful means other than inheritance.

Grantee - (Law) a person to whom a grant is made.(Мне присылают Cертификат на ИМЯ, я подписываю как grantee)

Settlor - The creator of a trust; a person who settles property on someone (например я передаю моё имущество/Trust Res Казначейству/трастии)

Heir - 1. A person who inherits or is entitled by law or by the terms of a will to inherit the estate of another.
2. A person who succeeds or is in line to succeed to a hereditary rank, title, or office.
3. One who receives or is expected to receive a heritage, as of ideas, from a predecessor.

Subrogee - a party to which a claim or legal right of another party is transferred. This is often associated with the transfer of the right to be repaid for a debt from one person to another. That is, a creditor can give or sell his/her right to a debt to some third party. In this case, the third party is the subrogee.
Пример: Васин дом стоит рядом. Вася с семьей уехал в отпуск и оставил утюг вклученным. Дом загорелся, возможно пламя перекинется на мой дом. Я звоню пожарным, они говорят: Вася не в листе тех, кого мы обслуживаем. Пожар потушить стоит $1000. Но пламя с Bасиного дома вот-вот перекинется на мой дом. Я палчу пожарным $1000. Мой дом спасён. Васин пожар потушен. Я выступила как subrogee (заплатила за Васю) и Вася мне должен возместить $1000. Это то, что Вы делаете ежедневно за ИМЯ. Оно принадлежит Aдминистративной Корпорации и вы за него башляете ежедневно т.е. выступаете в роли subrogee.

Devisee - one to whom a devise is made; a beneficiary; (Law) a person to whom property, esp realty is devised by will.
Devise - to transmit or give (real property) by will.
