Помогите!

Здравствуйте. У меня сложилась неприятная ситуацию с одним из заказанных продуктов. Я обратилась в поддержку и мне написали такой ответ:
We apologize for the trouble it has caused. I would suggest you to file an RMA claim directly from your account to have this matter resolved. You can go to your Order History, and next to the Order Details there is a grey button as Refund/Returns. When you click this button, it will ask you several questions to submit the issue. You will also be asked to upload a picture of the affected product. Also, in order for the refund to be expedited, please send us here a picture of the affected product showing the lot number. We will send this to the manufacturer for them to further investigate this concern.
Вот ту самую серую кнопку рефанд/ретерн я найти не могу. Помогите!
