Эксперимент по проверке ОСАГО с помощью камер на дорогах предложено
перенести.Возможность проверки наличия полиса у автовладельца с помощью камер предложено перенести. Такой эксперимент должен был начаться с 1 марта. Теперь срок его начала предложено сдвинуть до 30 июня 2025 года. Это следует из обращения Минфина в аппарат правительства.
Как следует из письма, на проект распоряжения правительства некоторые ведомства представили свои замечания, которые требуют дополнительного согласования и времени для корректной работы эксперимента. Так, Минцифры вообще считает, что эксперимент надо утвердить не распоряжением, а постановлением правительства. Кроме того, оно считает, что портал Госуслуг, через который должны передаваться уведомления об отсутствии страховки, потребует существенной доработки. А вместе с этим потребуется доработка информационных систем других участников. А именно МВД и Национальной страховой информационной системы (НСИС).
По оценкам РСА, 7-10% автовладельцев страны по-прежнему ездят без полиса.
