Haven - As You Were.

call_me_mary — 11.09.2010 Если бы мне кто-то сказал месяца три назад, что televisionary-speaking, my highlight of the week would be this weird and somewhat peculiar sy-fy series Haven based on the Stephen Kings novels - я бы первая рассмеялась. Я вообще не очень люблю Кинга. But it is true - I was waiting for this episode more than, say, The Vampire Diaries return. Yes, really.
И ведь чудесная серия была - скорее, в духе Агаты Кристи, чем Кинга: уединенный остров, несколько человек, собранных по приглашению - и один из них - убийца. A shapeshifter ( not quite Agatha style, but interesting nevertheless). I've finally got my Nathan-Audrey kiss, хотя он и не считается, потому что у поцелуя была совсем другая цель, да и один из участников был... немного не в себе. А Дюк с его "this is why you don’t throw people birthday parties!!!" - чудо!! просто чудо!!! И, кстати, каким замечательным персонажем оказался шериф, отец Нейтана!
И наконец-то кое-что про Люси - apparently that boy in the picture is Duke!!!!!!!
We know now Audrey is "different" - the shapeshifter couldn't destroy her - и судя по всему это она унаследовала от Люси Рипли ( finally we have a surname as well).
And next episode is a season finale - and damn! damn! - still no word from Sy Fy about the second season. Come on, Sy Fy!
UPD: rainnoocean, you are absolutely right, my bad - there will be more episodes. In Wiki there are 11. So no season finale next week!
