Dear iHerb.
We are a group of both new and long time customers in Israel.
Most of us are recurrent buyers that purchase items in your store on regular basis.
We all enjoy this experience and your excellent service and choice of products
However, recently there've been new and unfortunate development:
many shipped orders are being lost somewhere during shipping.
While your policy states, that iHerb is not responsible for items lost in shipping,
your store has been kind enough to refund at lease some purchases. We are all grateful for that,
however it still doesn't solve the problem of undelivered items that we all want and expect.
We do know, that you have a mail tracking option for some destinations but Israel is
not one of them.
Therefore, we would like you to consider adding Israel the list of those destinations.
Most of us are ready to pay a little extra for being able to track our purchases,
especially when total order is not cheap.
The same goes for a total shipping weight limit that you impose. It would be great
if you can add, again as an option , an ability to order some items that weigh more
then the current limit.
