Есть у нас один активно (я бы сказал агрессивно и навязчиво, но то таке) промотируемый чудо-препарат,, от всех болезней гепатопротектор, содержащий кроме витаминов, модного  цинка и ряда сверхэффективных веществ типа метионина и экстракта артишока, еще и экстракт грейпфрута.





В крайнее время, совести у промотируюющих  хватает добиваться от докторов назначения его параллельно курсу антимикробной терапии. Уважаемые коллеги, я понимаю запарка, ковид, карантин, и все такое... и проще назначить, "на всякий случай"..

Так вот в дан случае, это не тот случай.





Гуглим слово цитохром, и так далее...особенное если вы назначаете препараты действующие на анаэробную м/ф, или параллельно проводите антипротозойную, антимикотическую терапию (метронидазол, флуконазол, итраконазол и т.д) - не надо так.

А если пациент в силу сопутствующей патологии получает статины, антигипертензивные препараты - тем более не надо.
