Refugees and countries` responsibilities in relation to them

According to the rule fo internetional low it's forbidden for countries to return refugees to their own region, except situations when the person makes dangerous for that country or he has done the hardest crimes and the court decision entered into force.

It's mean that if people take the refuge status they can stay in the country which give them this status until it exists dangerous for their return home.
It is the base of international civil low and it needs for save peoples lives and freedoms when staying in their native country is dangerous for them.

But sometimes people don't understand that permission of them to stay in the other country is humanistic politic that counties and in fact government hasn't obligation to create for them the same conditions as had at home or level of (live stile) as have the own citizens.

I can compline it with the parents' responsibility to give their child food, clothes and access to knowledge. As a result, if the child satiated, dressed and goes to school it means that parents fulfil their duties. Of course last tens years lawyers and psychologists in the civilised countries also say about mental care. But it associated with growing process and needs for personality formation. Last reasons aren't actually for grown refugees, so there are enough to give people some food or money to buy it, roof under the head and opportunity to find the work and take salary by them self. 

Of course a lot of people wants to take all without working but nowadays it's unreal.

That is why refugees must say 'thanks' and don't demand more than county can give them.
