Donald Trump: I meant that Obama founded ISIS, literally

В заголовке цитата из Трампа. Это Трамп отвечает на вопрос собирается ли он что-то менять в своей кампании, seeing что, вроде бы, не очень пока гладко идет. В более развернутом варианте ответ Трампа выглядит так:

We'll just keep doing the same thing right now. And in the end it's either going to work or I'm going to, you know, I'm going to have a very nice long vacation.

Так вот про Гитлера. Я мало что о нем (Гитлере) знаю, но что-то сомнительно мне, что Гитлер сказал бы "или все получится, или я хорошо отдохну."

Предыдущее -- это так, занятно просто. Про основателей ИГИЛа Обаму и Клинтон (Хиллари) теперь.

Как известно, когда Трамп в первый раз назвал Клинтон основателем ИГИЛа, ABC заглушила его дальнейшие разъяснения. Но разве Трампа заглушишь?

С тех пор он еще несколько раз подтвердил, что Клинтон основала ИГИЛ, и добавил Обаму к основателям. Смешно, что даже консервативные комментаторы просят Трампа как-то смягчить риторику. Вот транскрипт интервью Трампа с Hugh Hewitt.

HH: I’ve got two more questions. Last night, you said the President was the founder of ISIS. I know what you meant. You meant that he created the vacuum, he lost the peace.

DT: No, I meant he’s the founder of ISIS. I do. He was the most valuable player. I give him the most valuable player award. I give her, too, by the way, Hillary Clinton.

HH: But he’s not sympathetic to them. He hates them. He’s trying to kill them.

DT: I don’t care. He was the founder. His, the way he got out of Iraq was that that was the founding of ISIS, okay?

Теперь про Путина. Другие люди совершенно верно отмечают, что Трамп практически буквально повторяет российские talking points.

On Wednesday night, former ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul hit Trump on the comments, saying they mimicked Russian talking points designed to sow anger toward the US and the West.

"BTW, Trumps line that Obama founded ISIS echoes exactly a myth propagated by Russian state-controlled media and bloggers," McFaul tweeted.

Clinton's campaign also ripped Trump's comments as damaging to the country, in a statement from policy adviser Jake Sullivan.

"This is another example of Donald Trump trash-talking the United States," Sullivan said. "It goes without saying that this is a false claim from a presidential candidate with an aversion to the truth and an unprecedented lack of knowledge. What's remarkable about Trump's comments is that once again, he's echoing the talking points of Putin and our adversaries to attack American leaders and American interests, while failing to offer any serious plans to confront terrorism or make this country more secure."

But not to worry, Трамп всегда мелет какую-то чушь, не нужно обращать внимания. Когда он станет президентом, он будет слушать советников (самых лучших советников), и "it will be so much better, your head will spin!".

P.S. Добавлю, пожалуй, что сам Трамп в 2007-ом году объяснял, как США должны покинуть Ирак вот так:
