Wargaming is looking to hire a Senior Game Producer for our development studio in Minsk. In this role, you will be part of the World of Tanks PC development team, focused on the game’s production and coordination to achieve outstanding results.

What you will do:
Collaborate with the fellow developers on the creation of best-in-class game features and content, aiming to create great player happiness in the World of Tanks player base
Build a strong and empowering relationship with the other members of the development team across all disciplines, such as the Lead Producer, and other key stakeholders across other departments in the company. This will remove obstacles, drive consensus, and ensure that the game features and content you are responsible for are fun, high quality, on budget, on time, and meet market needs
Act as the primary point of contact for management to maintain alignment on goals, vision and deliverables through excellent communication
Supervise project development to maintain its area of focus and the vision of the game; work with dev roadmap and check development milestones
Identify and fix bottlenecks, as well as clear roadblocks both on a day-to-day basis and in the long term
Coordinate, evaluate and react to feedback from key stakeholders and focus tests
Provide leadership and mentor other members of the production team by providing best practices, standardized processes, and shared learning
Facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across all departments to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a producer role or higher, with at least one shipped AAA product; experience with core action games strongly preferred
7+ years’ experience in the gaming industry
Experience with free-to-play titles and management of KPIs for these titles is strongly preferred
Experience managing a small team is preferred
Experience in game design is a plus
Deep knowledge of gaming trends and awareness of AAA and competitive titles (feature sets, strengths and weaknesses)
Ability to evaluate gameplay quality, as well as schedule delivery, identify key risks, and provide mitigation strategies that allow the project to deliver its key vision
Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively as a mediator between development disciplines, external teams and upper management
Demonstrated knowledge of various product management methodologies
Excellent comprehension of all aspects of game production (management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, programming/technology, design, art, audio, video, localization, QA)
Strong knowledge of JIRA, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good understanding of World of Tanks PC
Russian language competency is strongly preferred
